General Terms and Conditions (Warranty)

 

  1. Maintenance Definition

2. Legal information of the company

 

+ MINIMUM REPAIR VALUE: In case the final estimate does not exceed the value indicated in the document issued on receipt of the material to be repaired, the equipment is immediately repaired and made available to the customer.

+ QUOTATIONS: The customer will be informed of the repair budget whenever it exceeds the value of that document. To start the repair, it may be necessary to award financially.

REPAIR GUARANTEE: We guarantee our repairs within a period of 30 days against defects in the applied part or the same fault.

+ Delivery of equipment to our facilities requires full acceptance and knowledge of these conditions.

+ In the event of non-repair, or non-repairable even if the quote has been accepted, the equipment may not be functional.

+ Minimum cost of any repair service: R$60.00

+ Whenever it is not repairable: There will be no debits or credits, unless previously agreed.

 

3. Conflict resolution

 

+ The customer must pick up the equipment/object from the Work Sheet/Budget within a maximum period of 10 days after contact. After this period, the client will have to give 1 working day advance notice of his interest. 30 days after this date, a storage fee of R$10.00 per day will be paid for the storage and maintenance of the equipment/object. After 90 days you will receive a last communication informing you of the addition of 30 days of storage and you will be granted another 8 calendar days from the date of registration of this letter to redeem the equipment. Failure to do so will be considered abandoned, ceding to Tech Planet the property right over it.

 

4. Equipment availability

 

+ The Technical Assistance and External Maintenance Services are available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, for which the Customer only needs to contact our Customer Support line at (31) 2535-4598 to this schedule.

+ The Technical Assistance, Sale and Maintenance Services in the Store work during the period defined here on the website http://www.techplanetbh.com  during these periods there may be no one on the premises due to the External Order Services , leaving indications on the access to it.

 

5. Service Delivery Hours

 

+ All Information provided to us by the Customer about the computer problem will be used exclusively to improve the performance of the services to be provided by the Technical Services da  Tech Planet.

+ If any omission on the part of the Customer is proved, a  Tech Planet shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including immobilization, damages resulting from loss of data, replacement of software or obtaining replacement products or services, and lost profits.

+ As a result of handling the Computers, the Customer must always make Backup Copies of their documents or request the Technical Service da  Tech Planet to do so. Any loss of important data not previously reported by the Customer excludes any direct liability to  Tech Planet.

+ A  Tech Planet is not responsible for any loss of information or data contained in the Customer's computer, whether due to Software problems or Hardware malfunction, or in the event of this being non-existent at the beginning of the assistance.

+ As part of computer handling, a  Tech Planet may become aware of confidential information, so for the protection of Customers, any and all information of which it becomes aware, will be disclosed to third parties, leaving a  Tech Planet under the obligation to maintain absolute secrecy on this same information.

 

  1. Information and Data contained in the Equipment

 

+ The Maintenance Service Warranty from  Tech Planet is 30 days.

+ The Warranty can only be activated if it is not detected that the malfunction is due to improper use of the equipment or if it has not been handled by the Customer or by third parties outside the Tech Planet.

+ Damages resulting, in particular, from viruses or Spyware, voltage spikes, excessive current, floods, thunderstorms, fires or due to natural causes, namely earthquakes, landslides, floods caused by rain, etc., are also excluded from the warranty.

+ Failure to report the defect within the 30 days of the Warranty after its verification implies the forfeiture of repair rights.

 

6. Company legal information
