Service provided by Tech Planet with the objective of guaranteeing the quality of its product and providing operational security to its customer.
Tech
Planet maintains a Maintenance Department with trained technicians ready to diagnose, perform repairs, test, measure and calibrate equipment manufactured by it.

Access to this service is governed by the terms and conditions set out below:

1- Warranty
1.1 - Scope and Warranty Term:

Tech Planet guarantees the services and products provided against defects in material and workmanship, provided that such equipment is used in accordance with the conditions of use and operation specified in the respective documentation. The equipment to be repaired under warranty must be sent to Tech Planet accompanied by the Invoice with the company stamp. The warranty provided is 1 year for products (hardware) and 30 days for (software).

The total term of this Warranty, for new materials, is one year, counted from the date of purchase of the equipment, according to the corresponding Note.

Replaced components and modules will be guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery of the repaired device to the consumer, whichever occurs later.

All accessories, components and modules replaced under warranty will become the property of Tech Planet .

1.2 - Warranty Conditions

Tech Planet will not be, under any circumstances, responsible for any accessory that is not supplied by it, nor will it be responsible for the operation of the equipment when used in improper conditions.

1.3 - Items not covered by the WARRANTY

Defects or damage resulting from repair, disassembly, testing, installation, alteration or any type of modification performed by persons or technical assistance not authorized by Tech Planet ;
Defects or damage caused by spillage of food, liquids or any unsuitable substances;
Scratches, fissures, cracks or any other damage caused to the surfaces and external parts of the appliances;
Defects or damage caused by dropping the device, negligence, accidents and/or electrical shock.


1.4 - LIMITED WARRANTY

Tech Planet 's entire liability will be, at its option, the return of the price paid or, alternatively, the repair or replacement of the equipment subject to the Limited Warranty Terms, and the return thereof to Tech Planet . This Limited Warranty will be null and void if the equipment defect is the result of accident, abuse or improper use.

SOLE WARRANTY: The above warranties are your only warranties, whether expressed or implied. Any implied warranties of merchantability and suitability for a particular application, with respect to the equipment, software and manuals, are excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (INDIRECT DAMAGES): In no event shall Tech Planet be liable for any other damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of information and other pecuniary damages) arising from the use of, or the impossibility of to use this product.

2- Forwarding the material
When the equipment arrives at
Tech Planet for diagnosis/maintenance, a Service Order (OS) will be opened, containing the customer's data, the description of the equipment (including the list of accessories), the receipt number and, if possible , a summary description of the problem.

3- Budget, Approval and Execution of Services
After receiving the equipment and generating the Service Order (OS), the equipment is sent to the Maintenance Department, which will make a diagnosis (defect, prices and deadlines) that will give rise to a budget to be forwarded to the customer. If the equipment is not under warranty, the services will only be performed after the formal authorization of the customer.

The client must manifest - approving or not the budget - within a maximum period of up to 10 working days after receipt. The approval must be made, preferably, through a Purchase Order that will appear in the Service Invoice to be issued. In case of non-approval of the services, the customer must send instructions for the return of the equipment, either by picking it up personally or indicating a carrier for collection. If the customer does not respond within 30 days, the equipment will be segregated, subject to scrapping.

Defects described by the customer may not correspond to the laboratory's diagnosis. In this way, the defect that the product actually presents will be presented to the customer, through a quote.

4- Withdrawal
The equipment may be removed by third parties as long as it is with the respective Service Order or with the express authorization of the customer.

Upon removal, the customer must check the state of conservation of the equipment as well as check the list of accessories described in the Service Order. Complaints will not be accepted after removal, whether due to lack of accessories or mechanical damage of any nature.
 

Note: When leaving or sending the equipment to Tech Planet , the customer declares to know and accept the terms and conditions expressed herein.
