3- Budget, Approval and Execution of Services
After receiving the equipment and generating the Service Order (OS), the equipment is sent to the Maintenance Department, which will make a diagnosis (defect, prices and deadlines) that will give rise to a budget to be forwarded to the customer. If the equipment is not under warranty, the services will only be performed after the formal authorization of the customer.

The client must manifest - approving or not the budget - within a maximum period of up to 10 working days after receipt. The approval must be made, preferably, through a Purchase Order that will appear in the Service Invoice to be issued. In case of non-approval of the services, the customer must send instructions for the return of the equipment, either by picking it up personally or indicating a carrier for collection. If the customer does not respond within 30 days, the equipment will be segregated, subject to scrapping.

Defects described by the customer may not correspond to the laboratory's diagnosis. In this way, the defect that the product actually presents will be presented to the customer, through a quote.

Upon removal, the customer must check the state of conservation of the equipment as well as check the list of accessories described in the Service Order. Complaints will not be accepted after removal, whether due to lack of accessories or mechanical damage of any nature.

Note: When leaving or sending the equipment to Tech Planet , the customer declares to know and accept the terms and conditions expressed herein.
